In the context of globalization, education has been a shared interest across the globe. With people's pursuit of quality education and the iteration and upgrading of generative artificial intelligence, big data, and Internet of Things, among other technological ecosystems, education systems across various countries are encountering a new set of shared challenges and opportunities. International exchanges and mutual learning on educational evaluation are becoming increasingly important. It is the trend of the times to empower education quality improvement and sustainable development with educational evaluation. We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting the 2nd Chongqing Educational Evaluation International Conference. This decision follows an in-depth summary of valuable experience from the inaugural conference. Our aim is to foster an environment where educational evaluation experience can be shared and mutual learning opportunities are embraced, ultimately leading to a win-win situation. II. Main Topics
1. Current situation, changes, and trends of global educational evaluation
The Global Educational Evaluation Development Report(2019-2023) is set to be published. It is planned to invite the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN), the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted), and experts from Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and the Chinese mainland to engage in discussions on global educational evaluation.
2. Reform of quality assurance system driven by innovation in preschool educational evaluation
It is planned to invite well-known experts in preschool education from Germany, Finland, South Korea, and other countries and expertsfrom domestic industry and enterprises to engage in discussions, which will focus on stimulating the endogenous driver for the quality improvement of kindergartens through reform and innovation of preschool educational evaluation and establishing a sound quality assurance system for childcare and education.
3. High-quality development of vocational education driven by evaluation innovation in the era of digital intelligence
Relevant participants will be invited to conduct discussions on how evaluation innovation drives the high-quality development of vocational education in the era of digital intelligence. The discussions will feature various facets, including supply-demand alignment, talent cultivation, and enhancement of professional competitiveness against the backdrop of digital transformation.
4. High-quality development and new quality evaluation of higher education
According to the plan, experts from the United Kingdom, Canada, Belgium, and other countries and domestic scholars will be invited to share their experience, techniques, and methods pertinent to the reform, advancement, and evaluation of higher education.
5. Reform and innovation of technology-empowered student evaluation
Relevant participants will be gathered together to discuss the reform and innovation of evaluating students' five ways of life, as well as topics regarding enhancing scientific and intelligent evaluation and serving students' holistic, personalized, and sustainable development.
6. Establishment and evaluation of university think tanks from a global perspective
It is planned to invite experts from Russia, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Bangladesh, and other countries as well as domestic scholars to share their experience, techniques, and methods related to the establishment and evaluation of university think tanks.

V. Arrangement
The annual conference will feature an Opening Ceremony, a Keynote Speech, five Parallel Sub-conferences, and a Closing Ceremony. The Opening Ceremony and Keynote Speech are set for the morning of May 15, the Parallel Sub-conferences are scheduled for the afternoon of May 15, and the Closing Ceremony for the morning of May 16.
